What is the difference between suspend, archive and delete a company?
The platform never destroys a company by accident. There are three distinct, increasingly serious actions:
Suspend (access freeze): the company's regular users are signed out and cannot log in, but all data is kept. Reactivating restores access instantly. Use this for non-payment or a temporary hold.
Archive (soft delete): the company is moved into a recovery window (30 days by default). It disappears from the active list but is fully restorable. Use this when a company is leaving but you want a safety net.
Purge (permanent delete): only possible after archiving and only once the recovery window has passed. It asks for the tenant code and your PIN again. This is the only action that truly removes data, and it is deliberately hard to reach.
Guiding rule: you can always act, but the more dangerous the action, the more steps it takes — never impossible, never accidental.
