My parcel arrived damaged.

You must inspect before signing. If you've already signed, claims aren't accepted per our Terms. If you refused on delivery, raise a message below within 24 h.

I missed the courier.

The driver attempts up to 3 deliveries. After that the parcel returns to our hub — message us with the AWB to reschedule.
