Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us or signing for a delivery, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking or accepting a parcel.

1. Authority and Compliance

Our operations are conducted by a company duly registered under the laws of the country in which it is established. We operate in accordance with all applicable shipping, customs, and commercial regulations of that jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance at Delivery — Inspection Before Signing

  1. You must inspect the parcel before signing for it.
  2. By signing the delivery proof, you confirm that the parcel has been received in acceptable condition and that its contents match what you ordered.
  3. Once signed for, no claim will be accepted for damage, shortage, wrong contents, or any defect. We are not responsible for the consignment after delivery has been signed for.
⚠️ If the parcel looks tampered with, damaged, or you are not sure about its contents — do not sign. Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

3. Identification

  1. The recipient must present valid proof of identity at the time of delivery.
  2. Our driver may refuse to release the parcel if identification cannot be verified.
  3. For high-value or restricted items, additional verification (such as the registered mobile number used at booking) may be required.

4. Complaints — 14-Day Window

  1. Any complaint relating to the service must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Complaints submitted after 14 days will not be processed.
  3. Complaints must be submitted in writing through our Contact channel and must include the AWB or IR number, the delivery date, and a clear description of the issue.

5. Liability and Risk

  1. We are responsible for the parcel only while it is in our custody.
  2. Once the parcel has been handed over and signed for, risk and responsibility pass to the recipient.
  3. Compensation for in-transit loss, where applicable, is limited to the declared value of the shipment and is subject to verification.
  4. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, force majeure, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or actions outside our reasonable control.

6. Customer Information

You agree that the information you provide (full name, address, phone number, identification) is true and accurate, and that it may be used for delivery, customer contact, and legal compliance purposes.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not carry items that are illegal in either the origin or destination country, hazardous materials, or any goods prohibited by carrier or customs regulations. The sender is responsible for ensuring the contents of their parcel comply with the law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to all current bookings and deliveries.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the country in which our company is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
