How do I add a new company, stage by stage?
Adding a company (a tenant) is done with the onboarding wizard. You must be a super admin.
Stage 1 — Open the wizard: Go to Tenant Management (the building icon, super-admin only) and click Onboard tenant. The wizard has four steps.
Stage 2 — Identity: Enter the company name, a legal name if different, and a short code (used in references). The code must be unique.
Stage 3 — Region: Choose the country (this auto-fills the currency), the default language (English, Arabic or Kurdish) and the timezone. For the Kurdistan Region, pick it at the top of the country list — it sets Iraq/IQD/Baghdad time.
Stage 4 — Branding: Pick a theme colour, set an accent, and upload a logo (or let the initials badge stand in). This is what the company's people will see.
Stage 5 — Confirm: Review and create. The company starts on a 30-day trial (or active). It now appears in the tenant gallery.
