What is COD and how is it handled?

COD (cash on delivery) is money the courier collects from the recipient at delivery, on behalf of the sender. The platform tracks the COD amount on the shipment, records when it is collected, and then when it is remitted (paid back to the sender) and finally settled. This gives a clear money trail: how much is owed, collected, and handed over, with reports so nothing is lost.
