How do languages (English, Arabic, Kurdish) work?

The platform supports English (left-to-right), Arabic and Kurdish Sorani (both right-to-left). Switch language from the language selector; the layout flips to right-to-left automatically for Arabic and Kurdish, and the fonts adapt. A company can set a default language during onboarding, and individuals can switch as needed. Where content is translated, each section appears in the chosen language.
