How do backups work and how do I restore?
Backups protect your data. You can run a full backup on demand and schedule regular backups. A backup captures the database so you can recover if something goes wrong.
Restoring is a deliberate action with its own controls, because it overwrites current data. The operations centre shows your latest backup status so you always know you are covered.
