How do I create and track a shipment?

Go to Shipments → New Shipment. Enter the customer, the destination (city and country are now pick-from-a-list with a type-manually option to reduce errors), the package details and any cash-on-delivery amount. Save to create the shipment with a unique reference. Assign a courier company so it can be delivered. The shipment moves through statuses (pending, booked, in transit, out for delivery, delivered). Each change is recorded. Track a shipment from the shipment record, or customers can track it from the public front page using its reference. Drivers see only the shipments assigned to them.
