How do couriers and drivers work?

Courier companies are the delivery partners you assign shipments to. Manage them under Couriers. Assign a shipment to a courier so it enters their workflow. Drivers have a restricted view: a driver only ever sees the shipments assigned to them, on the web, in the API and in the mobile app. This protects everyone's data and keeps drivers focused on their work. Delivery proof (POD) and status updates flow back into the shipment record.
