Full Details
Requires the registered mobile number. Protects personal details from anyone who just knows the tracking number.

Tier 3 — PIN Code
Premium Access
A unique 4–12 digit PIN set by admin. Used for high-value shipments, sensitive deliveries, or business accounts.
Also shows:
- Full delivery address
- Download POD PDF
- COD & invoice info
Admin Bypass
Temporary Access
Admin can grant temporary open access to a shipment — useful for sharing with a third party for a limited time.
